Brought to life by Cristina Cela, Owner and Creative Director of Cris Cela Studio of Barcelona, with a seating capacity of 78 people, noa is designed as a re-imagination of the Mediterranean basin. Its various architectural features are reflective of the many key elements from its landscapes, creating a distinct atmosphere that encapsulates the culture, history, and artistic essence of the Mediterranean – one that has been cultivated over generations by its people.
The interiors contains a curated collection of spaces, each portraying a distinct Mediterranean locale. From the Eastern Mediterranean to South Europe, and even North Africa, guests will be transported to various Mediterranean regions as they traverse through the lounge. From the bar to the island booths and various seating areas, each space is created with a unique colour palette that evokes a distinct experience from the region it represents. The outcome is a picturesque blend of colours, featuring terrazzo, garnets, and ochres that symbolise the warmth of the Mediterranean soil and sun; delicate green hues that are reminiscent of lush vegetation; all culminating in gold accents that add a touch of luxury and sophistication to its overall aesthetic. The open kitchen stands as another pivotal element of noa’s interior design, fostering a sense of connectedness between the kitchen and guests, creating a sense of warmth and camaraderie – a significant part of Mediterranean culture.
Head Chef, Yu Wang Leung brings to noa his extraordinary expertise - honed in renowned Michelin-starred establishments. Through noa, Chef Yu Wang Leung and the team prepare to further showcase their culinary prowess, drawing inspiration from their own rich cultural heritage and extensive travels throughout the Mediterranean. Chef Wang Leung is supported by a kitchen of passionate culinary professionals, including Victor Sia and Celina Franco who are committed to serving guests with the warm, vibrant spirit of the Mediterranean.
