Chef Wang Leung is supported by a kitchen of passionate culinary professionals, including Victor Sia, Head Chef at Noa, and Celina Franco, Food Director, who are committed to serving guests with the warm, vibrant spirit of the Mediterranean. The Noa service team is guided by Cluster Head Azad Sharma, who has more than a decade of industry experience. Noa also proudly features a dedicated Mixologist, MichaelJ, who possesses extensive knowledge in spirits, wines, and cocktails.
